Software and hardware:
- Stata code analysis.do is written for Mac and was run with Stata/SE 15.1 version. 
- R code MPCU.R is written for Mac and was run in R version 3.5.2 (2018-12-20).

Both codes were run on MacBook Air (M2 chip, 8GB of RAM) macOS Ventura 13.0.Ê With this hardware run time for Stata is 1 minute;Ê run time for R is 30 minutes.

To replicate:
1. Run analysis.do in STATA. This will create inputs for R. Results will be saved into /results folder. 
2. Run MPCU.R in R. Results will be saved into /results folder.
