Need the following .mat files:
	japandata2010N.mat -- Japanese data used throughout paper.
	Wkpop1981_2050.mat -- Population data with projections to 2050
	kappasensnu.mat  -- some results needed to create Figures 7-9

Need to run baseline program, japan_debt_lumpsum.m, before running any other programs.  This creates some .mat files used by the other programs.

japan_debt_tc.m :  Program used for Experiments 1 and 2.
japan_debt_th.m :  Progarm used for Experiments 3 through 5.
