PROGRAMS

- The model is solved using the King-Watson routine.

- Programs run in MATLAB.

- To solve the model, run the file ???mycontrol.m???. Make all ???m files??? in the Programs folder available in Matlab???s search path. When running ???mycontrol.m???, user will be prompted to generate impulse response functions or population moments.

- To obtain population moments, run ???facvskw.m??? after running ???mycontrol.m???. 

- All other ???m files??? in the Programs folder will be called by either ???mycontrol.m??? or ???facvskw.m???.

- To choose the pricing regime, set the variable ???pricing??? accordingly in line 19 of ???sysdef2.m???. Parameter values are set in ???sysdef2.m???.

- Expected computation time is 10 seconds to obtain moments (less to generate impulse response functions).



DATA

- The MATLAB file ???Data_Stats.m??? generates business cycle statistics. It loads data from txt files.
