1. Benchmark case: files in Benchmark_RED.zip
   HISmain_bench_RED.m is the main file. Run it and will have all the results of the benchmark model.
   
2. The case of Eliminating the Uncertainty of Health Insurance Coverage in 4.2.2: files in FixedHI_RED.zip
   HISmain_fixedHI_RED.m is the main file.

3. The case of Stochastic Health Insurance Coverage without Choice in 4.2.3: files in StochasticHInochoice_RED.zip
   HISmain_sHI_RED.m is the main file.

4. Other experiments in the paper are just simple extensions from the above cases.
