Column 6: natural logarithm of total factor productivity in the nonfarm business sector adjusted for capital capacity utilization. Column 7: natural logarithm of the relative price of investment. Simulation of the Theoretical Model Run the matlab program plotir.m to generate impulse responses implied by the theoretical model (figure 1 in the paper). Running this program requires use of the Schmitt-Grohe and Uribe perturbation package.
