This folder contains all Fortran codes that generate the numerical results for "A Life Cycle Analysis of Social Security with Housing". 

It includes the following three subfolders

1. benchmark. The subfolder "benchmark" contains the main routine and subroutine to solve the initial and final steady states of the benchmark economy.

   The main routine for this code is housing rental.f90

2. rental_only. The subfolder "rental_only" contains the main routine and subroutine to solve the initial and final steady state of the economy with rental housing only.

   The main routine for this code is housing rental.f90

3. one_asset. The subfolder "one_asset" contains the main routine and subroutine to solve the initial and final steady state of the economy with rental housing only.
